Terms and Conditions :

a. All vehicles listed for sale are used cars and are sold “as is.” Warranties can be arranged on customer request that may be liable to additional cost. All vehicles come with 3 months mechanical warranty.

b. The sales agreement is between the buyer and the seller.

c. The terms and conditions are applicable to both private sellers and licensed dealers.

d. Descriptions provided are accurate to cars land knowledge.

e. Customer is liable to clear the remaining balance within 7 days of purchase. Failing to do so will incur a charge of £50+VAT per day.

f. If the customer decides to return the vehicle, they are liable to hand back the vehicle within 48 hours and are responsible for the delivery of the vehicle. Returns will be accepted within 20 working days, and a mileage charge will be applied based on how much the vehicle has been driven. The mileage charge is £4.75+VAT per mile.

g. Any customer failing to return the vehicle within 48 hours (2 days), unless agreed otherwise, has to pay a £60+VAT possession charge per day.

h. It is recommended that buyer satisfy themselves by inspect the vehicle personally or have it inspected by a trusted mechanic before making a purchase.

i. Any discrepancies found after the purchase should be reported to the seller immediately.

j. The buyer may request a pre-purchase inspection or an independent vehicle history report for additional peace of mind.

k. Any fault of issue which comes after sale must be report with 7 days of sale. Issues which arise as a result of use are subject to mechanical report from authentic workshop.

l. Customer claiming that issue was pre-sale after 7 days are also subject to verified mechanical report from reputed workshop or Cars land recommended mechanic and re evolution from our mechanic that can take up to 45 days depending on appointment from workshop. If issue is deemed to be arise due to customer fault, then customer will be liable to pay all dues plus time incurred to resolve the issue.

m. Any dispute raised by customer will be automatically closed after 10 working days if they fail to produce a mechanical report.

n. Deliveries will be made on customer expense rate of charge will be £3.25 per mile.

o. Customer agrees to pay for return journey as well in case delivery is rejected.

p. The buyer should ensure that the vehicle is free from any existing finance agreements or outstanding debts.

q. The buyer is responsible for transferring the vehicle’s ownership with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) within a reasonable timeframe.

r. All vehicles are thoroughly checked by company mechanic and any faults/issues found are resolved/fixed. All vehicles are tested and it is made sure that vehicles are in roadworthy condition.

s. Any car sold on behalf of third-party seller Cars Land will bear no responsibility apart for sharing the contact details with both parties.

t. Third Party sellers are responsible to adhere to terms and conditions. Third party seller are also responsible for making sure vehicle is thoroughly checked and all issues are dealt with.

w. Third party seller Must provide accurate and true description of vehicles.

x. Any third-party seller found of not complying with above mentioned terms and conditions or customer proves that seller is at fault and failed to resolve the issue are liable to pay full amount back plus fines up to £5000.Fines will be calculated on basis of time taken to resolve the issue.
